OC Supervisors are spending hundreds of thousands of taxpayer dollars for their re-election campaigns

Great piece here by the OC Register.  Perhaps the most egregious fact from this article is how one Supervisor spent $441,000 of public funds to pay for campaign mailers, even though she is running unopposed.

This is just one example, of many, where an official’s actions do not match their “fiscally responsible” rhetoric.  Vote corrupt officials out, and ask state legislators to impose new restrictions so that our precious public resources are not squandered to advance the personal ambitions of career politicians.
